A strategic guideline built on data analysis, local engagement, and a comprehensive reading of the landscape.

The Regeneration Document of the Parco dei Cinque Laghi is designed to anticipate the future actions arising from its establishment, focusing on the economic and social impact the protected area could generate.

It is not intended as a formal Multi-Year Economic and Social Plan, but rather as a conceptual document that outlines the programme framework of that plan, highlighting its potential and objectives.

This work originates from the Metropolitan City of Turin, committed to promoting the protected area, and is supported by an extensive collection of statistical data, literature and local experiences. The impact assessment is complemented by a process of consultation with local institutions, stakeholders and expert opinions.

The document is structured into four main sections: the landscape and natural characterisation of the Park, an economic and social analysis of the area, the development strategy of the Multi-Year Plan, and finally an initial proposal for operational interventions.

The ultimate goal is to support the enhancement of the protected area and to secure the funding needed to implement both tangible and intangible projects, by channelling regional and European resources.
