A new store made entirely from certified recycled plastic.

Inside the elegant K11 Shopping Mall in Hong Kong, the new Save the Duck flagship store is the latest milestone in a three-year journey of refining and evolving our retail design concept.

At the core of the project is a commitment to sustainability: the store is built entirely with 100% certified recycled plastic. The design is intentionally minimal and versatile, made up of just a few modular fixtures that can be installed quickly, rearranged in different layouts, and still showcase the collection beautifully — complete with stock space and integrated lighting. One design, countless possibilities.

For the Hong Kong store, we went a step further: instead of shipping everything from Europe, we sent only the mould from Save the Duck’s HQ in Italy and used locally sourced materials. This approach keeps the look and feel perfectly aligned with European stores, while reducing environmental impact.

What makes this retail concept special is its flexibility: the very same fixtures can create a flagship store, pop-up or travel retail corner, always with the same clean visual identity and product focus. Effortless, adaptable and thoughtfully sustainable — a design that grows with the brand, wherever it goes.
